All the P.U. chemicals are first mixed together in a mixing chamber
& then taken into a metal trough where the initial reaction
The rising foam then passes from the top of the trough on to a
variable width fall plate, which then leads the expanding foam
block along a metal slat conveyor for further expansion.
Outputs: The machine is delivers a maximum of 350kg per minute.
Full-automatic Continuouse Polyurethane Foam Making Machine is the
automatic horizontal continously foaming machine that make the
furniture foam like sofa and mattress. The standard machine was

For the process of foaming:
Loading all the raw materials inside the material tank with the
loading system--control the temperature of the raw material inside
the tank with the chiller--check the flow of all the raw materials
before foaming--make some small sample test before foaming (make
sure the flow and everthing is correct)--Put the karft paper and
the plastic film-- foaming process

Q: How many days for the install and testing of the machine?
A: After all the machine in your factory we will send 1-2 engineer
help to install the machine you must send someone to help about 30
days installation will finished. After that one electrician and one
foaming engineer will come to connecting the cable and run the
machine in 15days. Total 45days the machine can be running.
Q: For the cost of the engineer how much I need to pay?
A: You need to pay USD50 one day for one engineer and also need to
pay for the visa fee turn-round ticket fee and food hotel.
